Production

Initial Problems:

Initially I had problems with my model, where I couldn't rotate my legs in a 360 motion all of the rotation points are flattened. I manage to fix this by adding a weight map on each individual legs with different colours. And link each skelegon to the weight map so it would notice which leg that I am moving. Once I got the weight maps all linked in it was pretty much straight forward on creating the animations.

Progress Animation:

Jumping:

In here I've already started the jump motion so the puppet prepares for it on the start frame.

As the frames continues I started making a squatting position to prepare the puppet to jump.

Then I made the arms move on the next frame whilst jumping it has the feel of a jumping motion.

Spinning:

I started at the frame 0 with the default pose T shape.

Then on frame 30 I've started moving the arms along, same goes with the body so it moves and spin together.

This is near the end frame and it looks pretty much the same but made the spin speed up towards the ending.

Walking:

This starting frame I already made movements to the arms so that's the sign that I used to start moving forward with the walking animation.

Then near the 30 frames I manage to move the legs in a walking position whilst moving the arms together at the same time, I carefully navigated each individual legs forward.

I made more random arm movements, whilst moving the puppet forward at the same time, move individual legs.

Then close to the ending frame it was the same animation with the legs movement, I didn't put that much frames for this topic because I know it will be more simple, but as the puppet rig moves and walks forward I made some more random arm movements when moving.

Running:

Again I had similar starting frame on the walking animation like with this, with this running animation, I started it off with the arms preparing to move whilst I start to move each leg forward.

On this 30 frame I made a better effect on running like how I made the puppet took bigger strides so it has more of an effective running motion.

Near the ending frame I got a similar approach on how I just continued with more arm movements whilst taking bigger strides to run, I ended this frame by the puppet rig continuing to run.

Lunging:

I started off my lunging position on a letter T shape and this started me off on making the lunging movement.

Then on the frame 10 I started moving the arms to start the puppet rig moving and this will point on which direction where the puppet rig will lunge towards.

On frame 30 I started moving the puppet rig forward also keeping the arms in a still position, It made a better effect on the lunging animation.

This is frame 50 and it's pretty much the same, just moving the puppet rig forward even more so it has a longer lunging range.

Then the final frame is again the same with the previous frame as the puppet rig moves closer towards the camera. I ended this by making the puppet continue moving till I think it is a decent distance for a lunging animation.

Overall:

This production process overall was quite difficult for me due to missing a few weeks as an emergency I missed quite a few lessons and it was quite hard for me to catch up at first but manage to near the end but needed an extension for the dead line. I  had to learn quickly how to animate but wasn't perfect but I did it with the best of my ability, I think that the animation came out quite well considering I had to catch up. It was exciting to make the animations and hope that I would learn much more about animations in future, I think that it would be something that I find really interesting. I had a few problems on the puppet rig at the start on building it together specially when you build around the bottom section on the legs. But manage to solve the problem and found a solution for the building and rigging of the puppet. I was quite happy to solve it since it took me a while to find the solution for it. So next time when something similar happens I would know what to do, overall the process on building the puppet rig and animating it was quite the challenge for me, if I had any other improvements on this task it would be on my time management which was quite poor for me.
